Creative Cakes became a reality in 2006 when I decided to start a small business from home.
With many years experience in cake decorating and design, my cakes are lovingly made to a very high standard.
All cakes are specially made for any occasion, Wedding, Christening, Birthday, Anniversary or Christmas. Novelty cakes are my speciality.
Each cake is freshly made and individually designed to meet your requirements and budget. Cakes from my gallery can be customised to your personal requirements.(N.B If any of the cake layers are filled or coated with frosting, there is a chance that the cake will moisten, due to the content of the frosting in varying temperatures). As a dedicated cake maker I ensure that all cakes are available for viewing when required. To see the quality of the cakes I make, please take a look through my cake gallery. If ordering from my gallery please quote the cake design name.
If you require something different or have an idea of your own, all cake designs are considered.
Made to order
As I only decorate my own baked cakes they are freshly made to order.
They can be rich fruit, light fruit, victoria sponge, madeira, chocolate, coffee or carrot and for a tiered cake a combination of any.
All sugar figures and flowers are hand made to a high standard.

Minimum Notice Required
All late orders considered - unable to do next day orders.
For sponge - Christening, Birthday and Novelty cakes - 1 weeks notice.
For fruit - Christening, Anniversary, Birthday - 1 months notice.
For all Wedding cakes 8/12 weeks notice. (8 weeks for sponge/12 weeks for fruit)

Delivery details
All cakes can be collected or for a small charge (to cover delivery costs) they can be delivered to your door/venue (within 40 mile radius of Maryport).
Please note - unless the product is delivered and set up by me, i cannot be held responsible for the cake or any decorations once it has been collected and left my premises.
